The Rouge et Noir, who had only the role of referee in the race for Europe to play this May, took their task seriously against Nice. Habib Beye's side, who were playing hard for the last time in front of their home crowd, overcame Nice by two goals to nil, with Arnaud Kalimuendo scoring twice and a huge Brice Samba as the last line of defence.
