After a disappointing 1-0 defeat to Italy in their opening Euro match, the France U17 team secured their place in the semi-finals with back-to-back wins against Denmark (4-0) and North Macedonia (5-0) on Monday. And in that decisive final match, it was our attacking midfielder Noah Loufoundou who opened the scoring with a header on the half-hour mark, his third goal for the France U17 team and his first in this Euro.
Finishing second in Group B behind Italy, Les Bleuets will face Belgium on Thursday for a place in the final.
