Ousmane Dembélé and Désiré Doué nominated for the Ballon d'Or

The 30 nominees for the 2025 Ballon d'Or have been announced. Among them are Parisian players trained at the Stade Rennais F.C. Academy, Ousmane Dembélé and Désiré Doué, the latter also nominated for the Kopa Trophy, which rewards the best player under 21. Raphinha (Barcelona) and Serhou Guirassy (Borussia Dortmund), who have worn the Red and Black colours, are also in contention for the top prize.

 

The ceremony will take place on Monday 22 September in Paris.
