Stade Rennais F.C. is delighted to announce the appointment of Loïc Désiré as Sporting Director. He joins the Brittany club from Strasbourg.
Before taking up the position of Head of Recruitment at RCSA from 2014 to 2025, the Castelroussin native spent around 15 years in various roles at Vannes OC, a club for which he also played. From 2005 to 2014, Loïc Désiré was also a scout for Ajax Amsterdam.
On the banks of the Vilaine, Loïc Désiré will be in charge of the club's sporting policy, from training - recognised as one of the most effective in Europe - to the professional team.
He takes up his post today, returning to a region he knows particularly well.
