Seko, how do you feel about receiving this award?
It's a pleasure to be chosen by the supporters. It's a reward for all the hard work I put in during the holidays and in preparation. We need to keep up these efforts. I hope we can perform well as a team in the coming weeks.
Have things felt different over the last few months?
It wasn't easy arriving in January when the club was going through a difficult period. The adjustment phase is over. Now I'm playing well and I'm very happy. It's a lot of fun to have the ball at my feet. I'm passionate about football, so I was keen to get back to feeling good. I knew that with a full pre-season, everything would fall into place. Everything is going well, I'm very happy here at SRFC.
September has Lyon, Nantes and Lens in store for you. An exciting schedule!
I think we have a team that is ready to take on these challenges. We have everything we need to work hard, earn as many points as possible and enjoy ourselves on the pitch.
