Ousmane Dembélé, Eduardo Camavinga, Adrien Truffert, Lucas Da Cunha, Jérémy Jacquet... 29 players trained at the Rouge et Noir Academy have played in the league for a Big 5 team (England, Germany, Italy, Spain and France) this season. This figure puts SRFC in fourth place among the best training clubs according to the letter published by the CIES Observatory on Wednesday.

The Rouge et Noir training programme ranks behind FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, and ahead of some big clubs such as Ajax, Chelsea and the two Manchester clubs.

Another strong indicator is that players trained at Rennes have accumulated 22,599 minutes of playing time, which is more than those from PSG in particular (18,455). For the 2025/26 season, SRFC can also boast of having fielded seven players from its Academy in the professional team, which is more than Real Madrid and PSG (six players each).

Jérémy Jacquet, Lilian Brassier, Djaoui Cissé, Kader Meïté, Nordan Mukiele, recently joined by Lucas Rosier and Elias Legendre Quiñonez, have accumulated 3,659 minutes of playing time this season.

Thanks to these figures and this ranking, Stade Rennais F.C. has once again confirmed the excellence of its training programme on an international scale.
