With its share of madness, irrationality and bitter duels. After a poor start to the match, the Red and Blacks managed to turn the tide, with Mousa Al-Tamari harassing the defence, setting up Estéban Lepaul and then scoring himself, at the expense of the unfortunate Kenny Lala, who was guilty of Rennes' comeback. At the end of the match, Kader Meïté sealed the victory.
