Post-match feelings

"What matters is that the team continues to build on what it showed last Friday, which is a good thing. We won this match, we didn't concede any goals, even if we did allow a few chances at the end, and that's the most important thing. Overall, we controlled the game, but we know we can do even better, especially in terms of our use of the ball."

The instructions

"We worked on defensive organization. The players want guidelines, so we gave them some throughout the week, right up until today. Offensively, we wanted to stretch Auxerre's defense. In terms of team spirit and cohesion, we also wanted them to continue what they had done against Paris. The tactical aspect is important, but if you don't have those basics... The important thing is to find consistency in what we offer."

Mahamadou Nagida's performance

"I knew him, but I'm getting to know him a little better. There's a lot of sharpness in what he does. There are still things to work on defensively because he's still a young player who hasn't played regularly on a consistent basis. But he has a lot of quality, energy, and impact. Being left-footed isn't a problem for him."

The rise of Sebastian Szymański

“He's a player who puts a lot of effort into the team, with his running and movement. He's not a huge player, but he has that technical touch where he's capable of both playing deep and attacking. He's a very intelligent player with a great foot. He fits in very well in this three-man midfield.”

Ambitions

"The goal is to play as consistently as possible. I don't look at what's ahead or behind us, I want to look at what we're capable of doing in a game. The next step is Toulouse. If we start thinking about the standings... There are things to build on and, of course, things to improve.
