In a (very) favorable position, Switzerland traveled to Kosovo with Breel Embolo in the starting lineup. The 1-1 draw was more than enough for the Swiss, who will be heading to the World Cup.
Morocco secures its place
On a positive run, Morocco secured its 11th consecutive victory (!) in all competitions by dominating Uganda. The Atlas Lions won 4-0, with Adbelhamid celebrating his first cap by coming on in the 81st minute.
Ghana loses, Jordan held to a draw
Seoul and South Korea were the next stop on Ghana's Asian tour, where they were narrowly defeated 1-0. Alidu Seidu started for the Red and Black.
There were no goals in the friendly between Mali and Jordan (0-0). Mousa Al-Tamari did not play.
