Rennes come to a halt (0-2)
Although they might have hoped to pull off a coup against LOSC as the match wore on, Rennes were forced to acknowledge their opponents' superiority by the end of the 90 minutes. Christopher Wooh's dismissal twenty minutes from time only accentuated the trend, and the home side ended up losing 2-0 on their own turf. It was a defeat they will have to digest quickly before another home game against Reims next Friday, when they aim to get back to winning ways quickly (8.45pm). However, Habib Beye's players were once again in a very good frame of mind.
