Thanks Adrien Truffert

Adrien Truffert has chosen England as the next step in his career after a decade with the Rouge et Noir. Having played nearly 200 professional games for Stade Rennais F.C. and captained the club this season, the left-back, who trained at the Academy, will have left his mark on Roazhon Park through his exemplary nature and talent.

At just 23, Adrien Truffert is already a symbol of longevity at Stade Rennais F.C. Regular, determined and tireless, he has established himself on the left side of the Rouge et Noir defence with all the coaches he has worked with, from Bruno Genesio to Julien Stéphan and Habib Beye, who made him his captain.

Olympic runner-up with Les Bleuets, called up to the French national team by Didier Deschamps (1 cap) and a worthy representative of the Rouge et Noir academy, Adrien Truffert is heading to England to continue his career. The native of Liège, who arrived in Rennes in 2015, has signed for Bournemouth, who finished 9th in the Premier League in the 24/25 season. Stade Rennais F.C. would like to sincerely thank the defender and wish him all the best for the rest of his career.

Rennes will always be your home, Adrien.
